Formerly the international airport serving the city of Bangalore, India, HAL Bangalore International Airport, also known as HAL Airport or Hindustan Airport, is an airport exclusively used as a testing facility by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and the Indian Armed Forces.

Tropical Savanna climate (Köppen climate classification Aw) - monthly mean temperatures above 18°C, and a pronounced dry season. A Tropical Savanna climate has more pronounced dry seasons than a Tropical Monsoon climate.
