The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) is a U.S.-based non-profit, international trade association that represents and advocates on behalf of the air and ground medical transport industry. Members include providers of medical transport services and organizations that provide services to medical transport organizations. AAMS advocates on behalf of the medical transport community to ensure sustainability, increase medical quality and patient safety, and maintain community access to healthcare.

AAMS was founded in 1980.
