CENIPA — Aviation Accident Investigation and Prevention Center is the government agency of Brazil that is responsible for the investigation and prevention of accidents. CENIPA is subordinate to the country's Aeronautical Command and Ministry of Defence.

CENIPA investigations are based on ICAO Annex 13.
