Description

The Flight Warning Computer (FWC) presents failures and status information on the ECAM display units. It serves the following main purposes:

  • guides pilots on actions to take in case of specific failures
  • presents the relevant system pages for the specific failures
  • provides triggers for:
    • visual alerts (Master Warning and Master Caution)
    • aural alerts (alarm sound and synthetic voice callouts)
