Objective

To amend Regulation 255/2010 by updating references to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) provisions.

Summary

The Annex to Regulation 255/2010 includes provisions laid down in:

• Annex 11 - Air Traffic Services
• Doc 4444 - Procedures for Air Navigation Services — Air Traffic Management (PANS-ATM)

Since the adoption of Regulation 255/2010 some of the provisions in the above referred ICAO documents have been changed. The Annex to the regulation is therefore amended to account for these changes.

Entry Into Force

This Regulation entered into force in December 2017.
