Background

This safety enhancement outlines research and development (R&D) topics intended to help reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents from undeclared high-consequence hazardous materials. SE126 recommends research to develop or improve containment systems, usable both on the ground and in flight, that provide a final line of defense for personnel, equipment and cargo.
