This AC provides the information and guidance material an employer or contractor needs in order to voluntarily disclose an apparent violation of the drug and alcohol testing regulations. It also provides guidance to FAA Drug Abatement Division (AAM-800) employees responsible for accepting and processing disclosures of an apparent violation.
