This document provides the template for annual safety data statistics in accordance with the safety data reporting requirements documented in ESARR 2, Edition 3.0. Member States shall submit their national AST biannually, by the end of March and September, respectively. This new AST format includes the indication of the application of the Risk Analysis Tool Methodology, the second Safety Key Performance Indicator for Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 390/2013 in regard to the second reference period 2015-2019.
