This document is, within the Human Resources Domain, one of the human factors modules. These modules deal with human performance. This module provides an introduction to the integration of human factors in the development of air traffic management systems. The module will provide the reader with an awareness of the importance and benefits of integrating human factors in the process of developing air traffic management systems. The module will accommodate an understanding of the factors involved in the system life-cycle, a guidance for steering the integration of human factors in the system development process and methods to support this process.
