This document is the first of a set of three documents the purpose of which is to provide guidance material for ANSPs to assure their own implementations of MSAW in accordance with the EUROCONTROL Specification for Minimum Safe Altitude Warning (MSAW) in the ECAC area. This document describes a generic safety plan.
