The EATCHIP Human Resources Domain recognises that task and job descriptions are significant factors for manpower planning, selection, training, licensing, working practices and developments for the current and future ATM system. This document reflects the work of the Job Description Task Force (JD TF) of the EATCHIP Human Resources Domain which has developed a model for Task and Job Descriptions of Air Traffic Controllers.
