COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2025/2143 of 23 October 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 2015/340 as regards the introduction of competency-based training and assessment and virtual training of air traffic controllers.

This Regulation was published in the OJ 24.10.2025 and entered into force in November 2025. It is applicable from 01.01.2029 but certain provisions are applicable from 13.05.2026.
