This administrative appeal is brought by the VICTIMS ASSOCIATION OF THE FLIGHT NUM001 against the inactivity and tacit refusal of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation to deal adequately with the application of said Association for the disclosure of the totality of the file relating to the Technical Report A- 032/2008, developed following the accident to the McDonell Douglas DC-9-82, MD-82 aircraft operated by Spanair at Madrid-Barajas airport.
