Accident Reports
In 2007, following the investigation of two serious incidents with a common cause that had occurred in France, a working group was established to study various errors specific to the flight phase prior to takeoff and to analyse the reasons why skilled and correctly trained crews were unable to detect such errors. The group brought together BEA, DGAC, representatives of two French operators (Air France and Corsairfly) and a laboratory specialising in human factors - LAA.
