Dr Sybert Stroeve is Senior Scientist at the Aerospace Operations Safety Institute of the Netherlands Aerospace Centre NLR. His key interests are in human performance modelling, agent-based dynamic risk modelling and resilience engineering in air transport. He has applied this knowledge in a large number of safety assessment and safety management studies, with a key focus on aerodrome operations and runway incursion risk.
